Each girl will receive gifts worth 166,000 rupees and 40,000 rupees for wedding expenses, along with a token gift of 100,000 rupees from the Chief Minister. This program aims to alleviate the financial burden of weddings and support families in need.

The program will provide meals for 20 guests per couple and highlight Punjab’s cultural heritage of collective weddings. Brides will receive essential furniture, household items, and clothing to ensure a smooth start to their married life. وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب، مریم نواز شریف نے “پنجاب دِھی رانی پروگرام” کی منظوری دی ہے، جس کا مقصد مستحق والدین کو شادی کے انتظامات میں مدد فراہم کرنا ہے۔ اسلام میں شادی ایک مقدس سماجی معاہدہ ہے جو ایک خوشحال اور مستحکم خاندانی زندگی کی بنیاد ہے۔ موجودہ معاشی حالات کے باعث کئی نادار والدین اپنے بچوں کی شادی نہیں کر پا رہے، اور یہ پروگرام ان کی مدد کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے۔

اجتماعی شادیوں کا پروگرام حکومت کی سرپرستی، امید اور استحکام کو فروغ دینے کا ذریعہ ہے۔ اس پروگرام میں شرکت کے لیے لڑکیوں کی عمر 18 سے 40 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے، اور وہ یتیم، بے سہارا یا معذور ہونی چاہیں۔ درخواست دہندہ دلہن، ان کے والدین یا سرپرست ہو سکتے ہیں، اور انہیں پنجاب کے رہائشی ہونا چاہیے۔
